Privacy policy

This site is the members' hub for a private poker club. It exists to identify members, record deposit and withdrawal requests, and show club rules. It does not run games and does not hold funds.

What we store

• From your Google or Discord sign-in: your email address, display name and avatar. We use them to identify your club account. We never see your password.
• Your club username and the Solana wallet address locked to your account for payouts.
• Deposit and withdrawal requests you submit, with their status and staff notes.
• For a first payout on an account with no deposit history: the ClubGG lobby screenshot or Discord link you attach as proof. Only club staff can open it.

What we do with it

Club staff use this data to credit deposits, pay withdrawals and prevent fraud. New requests are announced to staff in a private Discord channel or Telegram chat. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

One signed session cookie keeps you logged in. There is no tracking or analytics cookie.

Your choices

Ask club staff on Discord to correct or delete your account. Payout wallet changes are made by staff only, which is part of the club's anti-fraud rules.
